Due to the nature of transportation scheduling, dispatch coordination, and operational service preparation, certain payments and deposits may be non-refundable once services have been scheduled or initiated.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
